Orla Chata House Rules
1. We rent entire houses and apartments. Prices are determined by the season and length of stay and are negotiable.
2. The houses are equipped with cots for children up to 3 years old and a high chair.
3. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM the following day. In exceptional circumstances, we may arrange different check-in and check-out times at the end of your stay.
4. Quiet hours in the houses are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
5. Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement.
6. We accept reservations by phone or online.
7. Reservations are subject to confirmation by us, which must be preceded by an appropriate inquiry regarding the availability of the houses for the given date. After determining availability and the price for the entire stay, we require a deposit payment, the amount and date of which we determine individually. 8. The remaining cost of your stay must be paid in cash on arrival. We do not accept credit cards. The nearest ATM is located at a gas station, approximately 15 km away.
9. The price does not include the resort fee of PLN 6.67 per person per night.
10. The rental price does not include heating costs from April 1st to September 30th. The cost of firewood is PLN 150 per 120-liter bag.
11. In the event of a shortened stay due to personal reasons, we do not refund any fees.
12. Our houses do not meet hotel standards.
13. For safety reasons, the grill should be lit outside the terrace.
14. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the houses. Smoking is permitted on the terrace.
15. A PLN 500 security deposit is required upon arrival, which is refunded upon departure. 16. Please close the windows when you are not in the cottages.
17. We are not responsible for any items lost during your stay.
18. When using a gas stove, please turn off the gas cylinder after cooking.
19. It is prohibited to use heaters, air conditioners, or other heat sources without the consent and knowledge of the property owner.
20. Free Wi-Fi access is available under the name: Orla_Chata-WLAN, password: ******.
We offer two Year-Round Cottages, Orla Chata I and II, heated by a fireplace. Each cottage has three separate bedrooms, one for two and one for three people on the first floor, providing accommodation for a total of 7 people. On the ground floor, there is a lounge area consisting of a living room with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a bathroom with a shower. Each cottage offers guests access to a TV with channels in Polish and German, a home theater system, and board games. The kitchen is equipped with a pressure coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and all the necessary dishes and pots for preparing meals. The cottage is accessed through a covered terrace, which is a relaxing area where you can use the grill and smoke a cigarette. On the property, there are parking spaces and a mini playground for children. The area around the cottages is fenced, with a separate entrance from Warzywna Street. Each cottage is decorated in a different style. Orla Chata I is a sailor’s cottage. The walls are lined with plasterboard painted in nautical colors. Orla Chata II is a forester’s cottage, finished with wood and decorated with deer antlers and wild animal skins.

Orla Chata III Cottage
This 4-person wooden cottage measures 35 m² and consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a mezzanine for sleeping.

Outdoors, there is a covered terrace with a seating area and a barbecue area. The plot has a separate entrance from Warzywna Street, where there is a mini playground for children with a trampoline.
A cot and a high chair are available upon request.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates, glasses, and cutlery. A two-burner gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are available. The living room includes a fold-out corner sofa, a table with 4 chairs, a TV in German and Polish, and a DVD player. Wi-Fi and bicycle rental are available.
The owner lives nearby; contact is available from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Orla Chata Apartment
This apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom, sleeping 4-5 people (including a child up to 3 years old in a cot). Located in the center of Świnoujście, just a 1200-meter walk from the promenade and beach. The apartment features all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and comfortable holiday.
Studio Orla Chata
This studio apartment consists of a room with a kitchenette and a French terrace with a private bathroom. The hallway features a spacious wardrobe with a mirror. The kitchenette is fully equipped. It’s the perfect place for two people.
